Shipping time and cost

Thank you for shopping in our store. After placing your order, your order will go through the following process:

to. After the customer places an order and payment, they will receive a “Successful Checkout” email. If you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder. You can also contact us.

b. Prepare the order: It takes us 3-4 days for non-customized products and 4-5 days for customized products to prepare the package and send it to the designated logistics company.

c. After it has been shipped, you will receive an “Order Shipped” email, which contains the tracking number of your package and you can track the logistics information.

d. When you receive the tracking number of your order, you can click to view the logistics information in the email, OR you can Click Here to add a tracking number on the website, and click on the box in the bottom right corner to translate into Spanish.

Notes:

* The delivery times indicated are calculated from the moment the parcel is received by the logistics company (excluding the time it takes us to prepare it).

* Delivery times are for reference only due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, air traffic control, traffic jams, etc. Sometimes, the delivery time may be slightly delayed, which is normal. But usually, our packages arrive earlier.

* All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. While we strive to ship orders within 3-5 working days of receipt, shipping times may vary for a variety of reasons: Order processing times may vary from time to time. During Black Friday, Christmas, the World Cup, the Europa League or other important events, shipping times may be longer, so we recommend that you order in advance. If you would like to make a special gift on a specific date, please email us in advance so that we can inform you of the likely delivery time before placing your order.

* If your order has a promised shipping time of 7-15 business days or 15-20 business days, for our reasons, the package does not arrive for more than 30 days during the off-season (February to June and October), or has not arrived for more than 60 days during the peak season (July to September, November to January), contact us and we will resend you a new package for free.

* If your order has a promised shipping time of 20-30 business days, for our reasons, the package does not arrive for more than 50 days during the low season (February to June and October), or has not arrived for more than the 60 days during the high season (July to September, November to January), Contact us and we will resend you a new package for free.

*If the package cannot be delivered or returned due to customer reasons (address, incorrect phone number, etc., or not being at home), you will be responsible for the corresponding reshipment or loss postage.

Regarding logistics information, when you encounter the following situations, don’t worry, your package is in transit. Please be patient and wait a few days before continuing to verify your logistical information.

If you choose Common Shipping, you may encounter the following issues:

Question 1: After receiving the “Order Shipped” email, logistics information follows, without any updates.

Answer: Don’t worry, the logistics information hasn’t been updated in time. It takes 3 to 5 days or so.

Question 2: After the logistics information is updated to “Guangzhou City, it has been handed over to the freight forwarder”, there is no update anymore.

Answer: Don’t worry, due to reduced flights, your package has been delivered to the airline and you are waiting for the flight. It takes about 10 days. Please wait patiently.

Question 3: After the logistics information is updated to “Airline Receipt”, or “The airline is shipping” there is no more update.

Answer: Don’t worry, your package has been shipped, it may have arrived in Spain (or destination country), it is waiting or is in the process of customs clearance from the delivery location and the local logistics information has not been updated in time. It takes about 15 days. Please wait patiently.

Question 4: The logistics information update shows “arrival at the Spain (or destination country)” delivery office, but the package has not been received for more than 1 week.

Answer: Don’t worry, the parcel may have arrived at the nearest CORREOS office and you need to pick it up in person. Please contact the local post as soon as possible, so as not to return the package automatically if it is not signed for a long time.

Question 5: After the logistics information showed “Aircraft arriving”, it was not updated.

Answer: Don’t worry, your package has arrived in Spain (or the destination country) and is waiting for customs clearance and the local logistics information has not been updated in time. It takes about 10 days. Please wait.

If you choose Fast or Recommended Shipping, you may encounter the following issues:

Question 1: It doesn’t mean Fast Shipping will arrive in 7-15 days, why didn’t it arrive?

Answer: We are talking about working days, please understand.

Question 2: Why is the package logistics information in China not updated yet?

Answer: Don’t worry, due to the temporary reduction in flights, your package has been delivered to the airline and you are waiting to arrange a flight. It takes about 3-5 days. Please wait.

Question 3: After the package arrived at the local logistics company, it showed a signature, but I didn’t receive it.

Answer: In fact, it has been received by the local logistics company and will be delivered in the next 2-3 days.
